Snow Ice Cream

I got this recipe from my friend Chantelle and thought it was worth trying .
4-5 cups of fresh, clean snow, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1 T of vanilla, and 1 cup of milk. Mix to desired consistency.
Prep Time 20 min Serves 8
When it starts to snow, place a large, clean bowl outside to collect the flakes (right about now you can just scoop it out out the back door!)
When full, stir in sugar and vanilla to taste, then stir in just enough milk for the desired consistency. Serve at once


Yum - it looks and sounds good. Did it turn out yummy? I think we are past the time when we can scoop snow from outside the back door - we did have an unusually snowy winter this season, but alas, I didn't have your recipe when we had the snow!
