White Chocolate Ghosts


 
I made these adorable white chocolate ghosts for my daughter's preschool class and they were a big hit !
 
Ingredients to make about 15 ghosts
 
12 ounces white chocolate chips
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
15-lollipop sticks
mini chocolate chips
 
Directions:
 
Line a baking sheet with wax paper.
 
Simmer water in a medium pot on the stove. Melt white chocolate in a heat -proof bowl over the simmering water, stir occasionally.

Remove bowl, mix in oil. Drop 1 tablespoon of melted chocolate onto prepared baking sheet. Use the back of a teaspoon to quickly spread into a ghost. Place a lollipop stick at the base,spinning to coat. Add chocolate chip eyes.

Refrigerate ghosts for 5 minutes, then peel off.
 
Serve these spooktacular treats to all your "Ghouls" & boys for a special Halloween treat !
